    Marvellous and stunning location, it was walk from a subway station. There were a shopping mall and all the major shops around the hotel. They placed us in a suite which was spotless and luxurious. The room had a large bathroom and a safe, a mini bar and iron/ironing board.

    Big size hotel with wonderful location just off the airport as well as World Trade Center. Accommodating staff and altogether a nice experience. Overall chic atmosphere. Silent and welcoming rooms with the bathroom and an excellent view and balcony, and excellent service.

    The persistent smell of cigarette smoke in our suite overshadowed what could have been a relaxing night, especially after the housekeeper entered without waiting for permission. Breakfast choices were limited, but requests were happily fulfilled.

    hotel exceeded my expectations, quality/price ratio was unbeatable! varied and delicious breakfast and relative central location! Although we were moving with uber because we went in August and walking around the city in this month is impossible! I would certainly repeat the experience!

    The only thing is that the wifi is super agile, but I think it doesn't allow FaceTime since I could never communicate with my daughters by this means to Mexico!

    good buffet breakfast, quiet location of the hotel, large, comfortable, clean apartment rooms, spacious bathroom, friendly staff at the reception

    restaurant staff are very friendly but slow and inefficient with long waits every morning until the ordered drinks were finally at the table. absolutely insufficient concierge service! ordering a taxi did not work out twice, especially annoying at the departure to the airport, where no taxi ordered from the concierge the evening before was waiting in front of the hotel and nobody had a clue! we had to accept a more expensive limousine service at the last minute! in general, departure spoiled the otherwise good impression.

    cool whatsapp service from check-in to check-out. nice friendly stuff.

    Burn hole in the curtain, conference chairs and chairs belonging to the dining table were mixed around the dining table, upholstered furniture and carpets were not quite clean, entrance door remained dirty even after corresponding advice, bathrobes were only XL and could not be procured, hotel did not quite meet my 5☆ expectations regarding rooms.

    I stayed in the delux room which was large and designed in a unique way with full comfort. Breakfast order in the room was v. Good

    No coffee maker or boiler, arabic breakfast in room costs AED 150 which is high compared with other five star hotels around
